Credit mend Australia was established in August of 2020 to help people get back into good credit. At that time, the industry wasn’t regulated, so not everyone was doing the right thing. Our Process
- At Credit Mend Australia we begin with a detailed explanation of our process and explanation of credit laws in Australia. Here we charge a small administration fee and share with you our privacy agreement which we honour to protect your private details.
- Upon receiving your written consent, our team will then perform a full credit check of all three credit files Equifax, Experian and Illion. From here we can explain your current credit position and options moving forward.
- Next we will audit the creditor requesting they provide all evidence of their procedures and protocol they undertook, before listing the default. The Audit covers a full investigation of all adverse listings and we start the credit restoration process by attempting to removing black marks and increasing your credit score.
- Only once we receive written confirmation From the creditor that they will remove the Listing or (adverse on file, default or judgment) Only then do we charge a removal fee, If we cant Remove it, we do not charge.
